Job summary
A veterinary laboratory in Fujairah is seeking a skilled Lab Technician. The role involves conducting tests on veterinary samples and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology and a valid MOCCAE license. Laboratory experience in the UAE is mandatory, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills preferred.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge in Veterinary Microbiology and adherence to ISO 17025 standards are advantages.
- Valid MOCCAE license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.

- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on veterinary samples.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings for internal and external use.

Education
Fujairah Laboratories is seeking a skilled and qualified Lab Technician to join our Veterinary Division. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in veterinary laboratory work and hold a valid MOCCAE license.
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on veterinary samples (blood, serum, tissue, fecal, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Maintain, operate, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings for internal and external use.
- Apply knowledge of Veterinary Microbiology and ensure adherence to ISO 17025 standards (an advantage).
- Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures at all times.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Valid MOCCAE license or Eligible to obtain a MOCCAE License (mandatory).
- Veterinary laboratory experience (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of Veterinary Microbiology and ISO 17025 standards will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
