Key Accountabilities

While this is not a current vacancy, the following responsibilities represent the type of work anticipated for this role :

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on ELV / IT systems such as CCTV, access control, turnstiles, structural cabling, IPTV, UPS, motorized blinds and louvers, gate barriers, audio systems, lighting control, and parking management systems.
• Monitor, rectify, and repair ELV / IT systems, ensuring records are updated daily.
• Assist in monitoring ELV systems' status and functionality, ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.

• Experience in building maintenance is essential.
