• Oversee the creation and refinement of visually compelling tender documents including EOIs PQQs and proposals. Work closely with technical teams to ensure design elements align with compliance standards and reflect excellence in both aesthetics and content.
• Partner with technical contributors to integrate strategic design solutions into submissions. Ensure each tender aligns with the companys brand identity and values actively promoting a cohesive visual language across all tenderrelated activities.
• Utilise advanced design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to enhance communication efficiency. Strong organisational abilities and insights into regional markets such as the Middle East add value by tailoring submissions to client expectations and cultural contexts.

Role Descriptions

• Design visually engaging professional tender submissions that align with client expectations and industry standards.
• Ensure consistency in formatting layout and visual elements across all tender materials.
• Collaborate with bid managers and subject matter experts to effectively integrate graphics tables and other visual aids.
• Deliver highquality designs within tight deadlines ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Act as a brand ambassador maintaining adherence to company brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Develop creative solutions that enhance brand visibility within tender documentation and presentations.
• Provide design support for marketing materials and presentations reinforcing the companys visual identity.
• Work closely with bid marketing and business development teams to align messaging with design elements.
• Translate complex information into visually engaging formats that resonate with the intended audience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and prioritization.
• Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders ensuring efficient incorporation of feedback.
• Continuously enhance templates and processes to improve efficiency and impact of tender designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies to advance design practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
• Proficiency in industrystandard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Sketch
• Excellent understanding of design principles including typography colour theory and layout
• Strong knowledge of print production and digital design processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
• Detailoriented approach with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital media
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
• Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in the industry
• Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic animation techniques is desirable
