Job Description
- Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Conduct user research to understand target audience preferences and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating creative ideas and rationale effectively.
- Optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness across devices and mediums.
- Create and maintain a library of design assets that can be reused across projects, streamlining the design process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
