Overview

We are recruiting for a brand new, well-funded FinTech startup in Abu Dhabi that is entering a critical build phase. This is a time-sensitive hire and our client will only consider candidates who are available to start immediately.

The Role

You’ll be a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer building a greenfield FinTech platform. You’ll work directly with the founders and product team to ship core features at startup speed.

Key Requirements

• 3–7+ years Full Stack Engineering experience
• Strong Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask)
• Strong JavaScript (React / Next.js / Node.js)
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• Solid database experience (Postgres / MySQL)
• Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Startup mindset; ownership of features end-to-end
• Immediate availability required (0–2 weeks preferred, max 4 weeks)

Nice to Have

• FinTech or payments experience
• Microservices or infra‑as‑code exposure
