About the Role

We’re looking for an innovative Product Designer to join a Digital Experience team leading the transformation of user journeys across digital platforms. You’ll craft intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that redefine how users interact with digital products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready designs.
• Design with empathy and precision using Figma, leveraging and contributing to an evolving Design System for scalability and consistency.
• Translate complex business and user needs into simple, elegant, and impactful interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring visionary ideas to life.
• Champion mobile-first and responsive design, ensuring seamless experiences across web, iOS, and Android.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate flows, microinteractions, and animations.
• Support usability testing and turn insights into actionable design improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong foundation in UI/UX design.
• A portfolio that showcases innovative, modern, and accessible digital designs across mobile and web platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in travel, aviation, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with user research, motion design, or emerging UI technologies (AI, AR, personalization).
