- Lead the deployment and implementation of Windows 11 across user systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Windows 11 environments.
- Assist with migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring data integrity and user readiness.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize desktops, laptops, and related applications.
- Collaborate with IT team to create documentation, guides, and user training materials for Windows 11.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and system best practices.
- Provide ongoing end-user support and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support with hands-on expertise in Windows 11.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
