• Oversee and coordinate geotechnical and survey projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site assessments, evaluating soil conditions and geological properties to inform project designs and execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and project updates.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation, summarizing findings and recommendations for clients and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering professional development and collaboration among staff.
• Utilize advanced surveying and geotechnical software to analyze data and produce accurate models.
• Review and approve technical designs and proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Continuously assess project performance, implementing improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Familiarity with geotechnical analysis software and surveying tools, including AutoCAD and GIS applications.
• Physical ability to conduct fieldwork and site assessments, including lifting equipment and navigating various terrains.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on surveying techniques.
• Minimum of 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and surveying project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are highly desirable.
