Job summary

A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Client Relations Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with customers while driving sales and ensuring satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 2 years of UAE experience, and strong communication skills. You will be primarily responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Your role involves selling or upselling our products and services in B2B / B2C contexts. You will resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The goal is to safeguard revenue and retain customers.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers.
  • Sell and cross-sell products and services available in the facility.
  • Follow-up on business leads.
  • Create plans to address clients’ needs.
  • Advise clients on available products and services.
  • Stay informed about all products, updates, and procedural changes.
  • Schedule regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather and follow up on client feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist the sales team in up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms for both the company and clients.
  • Analyze competitors to find new customer retention strategies.
  • Set and work towards sales and revenue targets.

What we expect from you :

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer or Relationship Officer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in Banking, Business Consulting, or Business Setup is an advantage.
