In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales of trainings and accreditations to new and existing BFSI clients across the region.

Client Details

Their offerings include expert faculty, e-learning, coaching, and blended assessments to enhance individual and business performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with clients and prospects to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Position the company's offerings as a leader in Learning and Financial Markets.
  3. Manage your client portfolio through strategic analysis, relationship building, and new business acquisition.
  4. Understand financial markets, products, and the operating environment to support the design of value-adding learning solutions.
  5. Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence, utilizing internal resources for proposals.
  6. Maintain accurate data and track account developments using Salesforce.
  7. Produce regular revenue forecasts.
  8. Coordinate with operational teams for program delivery while maintaining commercial oversight and client relationships.
