You are the first systematic point of contact for potential customers. You work in a structured manner, use clear conversation guides, and ensure that every lead is professionally qualified. With your organizational talent and precise communication, you will form a solid foundation for the sales success of our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Structured initial approach: Contact warm leads according to defined processes, carefully document conversation results, and forward qualified contacts to the closers.
- Reliable appointment scheduling: Coordinate appointments between interested parties and our strategy consultants reliably and punctually.
- Customer care: Support the development of long-term customer relationships by providing clear information, documenting queries, and planning follow-up actions.
- Maintain quality standards: Use existing checklists to ensure every customer contact is handled professionally, completely, and comprehensibly.
- Participation in events: Support the team at trade fairs and events, representing our company in a committed and professional manner.
