Job description

Role: Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project team in planning, executing, and reconciling projects/events within strict deadlines and budgets. The primary focus is to provide efficient administration support for event delivery. Responsibilities include managing suppliers, handling administrative duties, and reporting progress to the Senior Project Manager and team.

Responsibilities & Duties
  1. Support the Projects team in executing all event-related operations.
  2. Provide administrative support to the senior or project manager.
  3. Manage and monitor timelines, assist with budgets and contracts, and report progress.
  4. Coordinate logistical planning and execution on event day.
  5. Liaise with third-party contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  6. Manage the pre-qualification process for suppliers and consultants.
  7. Communicate any changes regarding commercial terms, rider requirements, and deliverables to relevant departments.
  8. Prepare the event manual covering all aspects of the project.
  9. Assist in developing detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, ticket pricing, timelines, venue analysis, budgets, resources, legal obligations, staffing, marketing, and risk assessments.
Candidate Requirements

Applicants must possess excellent administrative skills, proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing, and attention to detail in proofreading. Strong project management skills and industry knowledge are essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, high integrity, and professional ethics are required. Candidates should have a background in Events.
