Job Description

Supervise execution of assigned task(s) and responsible for planning & organizing, HSEQS, cost control, coordination and employees development.

• Lead and supervise earthworks operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily site activities, including the allocation of resources and scheduling of tasks to optimize workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and prevent downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in civil engineering or construction management is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in earthworks or heavy civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and engineering principles related to earthworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Execution: Supervise execution of work. Ensure that crew is working as per the allocated work. Prepare manpower and equipment time sheets.
2. QA/QC & HSE: Coordinate with Lab and comply with the instructions to achieve quality standards. Ensure employees working under supervision receive safety induction, follow HSE instructions at work, and wear PPE.
3. Cost Control: Achieve planned targets by effectively utilizing man, material, and equipment.
4. Coordination: Coordinate with Laboratory, Project Team, and Operations.
