Job summary
A healthcare institution in Dubai is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric nursing care. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least two years of nursing experience. Responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, ensuring safety, and mentoring new nurses. Basic Arabic language skills and computer literacy are advantageous. This role emphasizes collaboration with a multi-professional team to enhance positive patient experiences and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Essential: At least two years in own country.
- Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
- Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Essential: At least two years in own country
