Job summary
A real estate brokerage firm in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Sales Director to lead and manage the sales team, supervise onboarding, and drive strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree. With over a decade of experience in the United Arab Emirates our client provides personalized client-focused real estate solutions.
Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Director based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
- Lead and manage the expanding real estate sales team;
- Supervise onboarding processes of new sales managers and real estate agents;
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans;
- Guide and manage business activities of sales managers and real estate agents;
- Build and maintain key client relationships;
- Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
- Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai;
- People management including onboarding of new employees guiding and monitoring work of sales managers and real estate agents;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations;
- Bachelors degree in Sales Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
An attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary benefits and a commission on agent sales shall be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
