Job Title: Sales Director Property Development
Location: UAE (Dubai)
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead sales strategy and execution across residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate is a strong commercial leader with extensive UAE real estate experience, a proven track record of driving off-plan and ready property sales, and the ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams. This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and positioning the brand as a preferred developer in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with project launch timelines, pricing structures, and overall business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and grow an in-house sales team and channel partners to maximize unit absorption and revenue across multiple projects.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle including project launch planning, pricing and inventory strategy, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Establish and manage strong relationships with key brokerage networks, channel partners, and institutional investors to enhance market penetration.
- Drive sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure campaigns are sales-aligned, generating qualified leads and strong project visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning of projects.
- Implement and maintain effective CRM systems and reporting frameworks to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
- Manage and optimize the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and channel partner ROI.
- Represent the organization at roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events to build visibility and credibility.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and internal governance frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a property development company or top brokerage firm.
- Demonstrated success in launching and selling off-plan residential or mixed-use developments in the UAE.
- Deep understanding of local real estate market dynamics, buyer behavior, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong network of channel partners, brokerage firms, and investment communities.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
