Job Title: L4 Technician – Advanced Chip-Level Repair Specialist

1. Perform standard repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port replacements, etc.
2. Handle basic diagnostics and component-level replacements for iPhones and Android phones.
3. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area.
4. Accurately log repairs and ensure timely turnaround of routine tasks.
5. Handle more complex repairs such as water damage treatment, camera or face ID module replacements, and board-level replacements (non-chip level).
6. Perform thorough diagnostics and root cause analysis.
7. Provide guidance to L2 technicians and assist in workflow prioritization.
8. Ensure repairs meet quality control standards and minimize rework.

1. Diagnose and repair logic board faults at the chip level using schematic diagrams and diagnostic tools.
2. Perform micro-soldering, reballing, and IC replacements on iPhones and high-end Android devices.
3. Troubleshoot complex motherboard issues and recover dead devices.
4. Maintain documentation of repair findings and contribute to improving repair processes.

• Skilled in screen replacements, battery swaps, and basic part replacements.
• Able to handle common issues in iPhones and Android devices.
• Fast and efficient in completing routine repairs with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with safe handling of tools and ESD precautions.
• Organized and detail-oriented in repair logging and workspace management.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in diagnosing and fixing mid-level faults like water damage, Face ID, and camera issues.
• Experienced with board-level (non-chip) replacements and connector repairs.
• Capable of performing detailed fault analysis using multimeters and power supplies.
• Supports and guides L2 technicians when needed.
• Maintains consistent repair quality and turnaround time.
