• Manage or support the application of quality principles, systems, and measures across a program or project, focusing on improving delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reducing risks and rework, while complying with Quality policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Wood Business Management System through a structured assurance program.
• Support measures that promote predictable delivery and continuous improvement using performance data to inform decisions.
• This role typically applies across a single program or project, possibly with a small quality team or supporting a senior Quality Manager on larger projects.

• Support all aspects of Quality management within their organization and services.
• Engage key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback.
• Assist in planning and resource allocation to achieve objectives.
• Implement and monitor the Wood Business Management System, facilitating external certification as needed.
• Ensure consistent implementation of quality systems like NCR, learning, and customer satisfaction tools.
• Support tendering and proposal activities.
• Plan and execute risk-based assurance plans, escalating issues as necessary.
• Analyze delivery performance data and report trends to senior leaders, initiating interventions as needed.
• Gather customer feedback and ensure actions are taken to enhance satisfaction.

Expected :

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Quality or Project Management (essential)
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in oil & gas and 6 years in FEED/Engineering
• Lead Auditor qualification from a recognized industry body (essential)
• Membership in CQI/ASQ or PMI (desirable)
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred
• Team-oriented with a focus on collective performance
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on commitments
