This includes recruiting and training new employees, setting goals for staff, monitoring performance reviews and providing guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be organized with excellent problem-solving skills, an ability to handle multiple tasks at once and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. They should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to perform their best.
