Part-Time Oenologist for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position is suitable for Indian nationals and requires experience in the field of winemaking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wine production and will be able to assist with various tasks such as grape selection, fermentation, blending, and bottling.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with vineyard management including pruning, irrigation, and pest control
- Conduct regular quality control checks on grapes and wine during production process
- Monitor fermentation and make adjustments when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to create blends that meet desired taste profiles
- Conduct lab analysis on wine samples to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of all winemaking processes
- Assist with bottling and labeling of finished products

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in winemaking or related field
- Degree in Oenology or similar qualification preferred
- Knowledge of different winemaking techniques and processes
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
