Ontrac Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to support the successful delivery of a One-ERP solution. The consultant will work across pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation phases to ensure optimal vendor selection, process standardization, data governance, reporting setup, and end-user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Implementation
Support ERP vendor selection, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder needs.
Validate project timelines, implementation approach, and solution architecture (Cloud vs. On-Premise).
Assess technology fit and potential process standardization challenges.
Establish governance for process and technology design decisions.
Define “to-be” processes aligned with ERP best practices and oversee minimal necessary customizations.
Develop master data management standards (Chart of Accounts, cost centers, vendor/customer data).
Define ERP-driven reporting requirements and integrate with analytics tools.
Implementation
Support project management and track implementation milestones.
Lead data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities.
Document and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
Coordinate ERP integrations with other systems and reporting platforms.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deliver training for end users.
Provide change management guidance to ensure smooth adoption.
Post-Implementation
Provide go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and manage continuous improvements.
Deliver ad-hoc reporting and oversee release management processes.
Proven ERP consulting experience with full lifecycle implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP vendor capabilities, process design, and data governance.
Experience with global ERP rollouts and multi-entity environments.
Proficiency in ERP reporting tools and integrations with BI/analytics platforms.
Strong stakeholder engagement, training, and change management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
