A leading consulting firm in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Emirati National to join as Vice President of Operations & Maintenance in the Power and Energy sector. This senior leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence and sustainability, overseeing critical national infrastructure, and managing large technical teams. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in O&M, with a strong background in energy and exceptional leadership skills.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati) with family book and passport.
- 15+ years of experience in O&M within the Power/Energy sector.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

- Provide strategic leadership for all O&M functions across assets.
- Develop and implement long-term operational and maintenance strategies.
- Oversee energy generation, transmission, and distribution operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Emirati National to join as Vice President of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) in the Power and Energy sector. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation in managing critical national infrastructure.
- Provide strategic leadership for all O&M functions across power and energy assets.
- Develop and implement long-term operational and maintenance strategies to ensure reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
- Oversee energy generation, transmission, and distribution operations.
- Lead large technical teams, ensuring strong performance, development, and engagement.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in O&M practices.
- Represent the company with key stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
- UAE National (Emirati) with family book and passport.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, Energy, or related Engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in O&M within the Power/Energy sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in energy generation, transmission, and distribution.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, budgets, and diverse technical teams.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- English required, Arabic preferred.
