We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Registered Nurse with international experience to join our VIP homecare team in Dubai. You will deliver world‑class care to discerning clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Provide high‑quality health and personal care services to VIP patients in their homes
• Establish a compassionate environment and deliver emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families
• Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families on conditions, medications, and self‑care
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and best practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to resolve patient needs and deliver holistic care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Adhere to infection‑control policies, medication administration protocols, and safety regulations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Respond effectively to emergencies and manage own patient caseload, including interpretation of test results

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
• BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred)
• Must have prior nursing experience in one or more of the following regions:
  • European Union (EU)
  • United States of America (USA)
  • South Africa
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
• Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written); Arabic is an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills
• Strong knowledge of acute/chronic disease management (e.g., respiratory, cardiac, diabetes)
• Experience with wound care, IV administration, health assessments, and emergency response

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and conflict management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics
