A leading manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking a skilled individual to oversee chassis manufacturing operations for heavy commercial vehicles. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in chassis manufacturing or heavy commercial vehicle production.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing manufacturing teams and achieving production targets.

- Liaise with engineering procurement and logistics teams to coordinate resources and resolve bottlenecks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership presence able to influence positively and build consensus within cross-functional groups.
- Demonstrated experience with manufacturing management systems and production planning tools.
- Solid organisational skills capable of prioritising competing demands in a high-volume environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production Management or a related field.
