• Manage end-to-end chassis manufacturing processes ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor daily production schedules and manpower allocation to optimise workflow and maximise efficiency.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements focusing on reducing waste downtime and costs.
• Liaise with engineering procurement and logistics teams to coordinate resources and resolve bottlenecks.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership presence able to influence positively and build consensus within cross-functional groups.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing management systems and production planning tools.

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Production Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in chassis manufacturing or heavy commercial vehicle production.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing manufacturing teams and achieving production targets.
