We are seeking a talented Media Planner to lead our Media business in partnership with MAF/Carrefour Middle East, suppliers, and manufacturers. The role involves building strong relationships, engaging clients, and delivering successful media campaigns using your Business Development, Sales, and Media Planning skills.

What you'll be doing:

1. Media planning: Develop annual communication roadmaps for key Suppliers (your Clients) and execute integrated in-store, digital, and targeted campaigns.
2. Data and insight-led decisions: Understand retail trends, confidently use insights and reporting tools, and explain campaign evaluations and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
3. Sales activity: Sell planned activities to clients to meet yearly budget goals.
4. Client advisory: Act as a trusted media advisor, using dunnhumby insights to ensure plans support retailer strategies and build brand and customer value.
5. Client management and engagement: Influence decision-making regarding marketing and media programs, leading client engagement to achieve business objectives with a customer focus.
6. Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to develop and launch emerging solutions, including close collaboration with media and insight teams.
7. New service development: Drive in-house projects focused on establishing and scaling retail media capabilities.

Who you'll be working with:

You’ll collaborate with passionate, skilled professionals on impactful projects. Internally, you'll work with media planning, analysis, and campaign management teams, as well as dunnhumby’s global media experts. Externally, you'll engage with retailers, suppliers, agencies, and marketing contacts via various communication channels.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience in strategic, insight-led media planning and research analysis
• Knowledge of the UAE market
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Sales and advisory skills
• Knowledge of media channels and digital communications
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
