Airside Operations maintains and operates all airside infrastructure and implement the new technologies and that give us industry-leading capacity and efficiency. They do all that in a live environment and put customer service at the heart of it all.

What you’ll deliver
  • You’ll ensure that operational plans are produced, communicated, and reviewed to the required level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • You’ll build, manage and amend operational rulesets and change documentation related to Airside (gates and aircraft parking stands).
  • You’ll support the development and distribution of regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You’ll support AOCC continuous improvement by implementing a robust plan-do-review cycle to enhance planning assumptions, in-season operations, and service delivery.
  • You’ll supports the annual budget development, contributes to the preparation of the annual business plans and operating budget.
What you bring
  • You should hold a bachelor’s degree in Aviation management, Operations management, Industrial engineering, and acquire a relevant experience of 6 Months to 3 Years. and overall experience of 3 - 5 years.
  • You should have knowledge of Forecasting, Simulation tools, Splunk, Tableau, PowerBI, MS Office.
  • You should have an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the airport/airline operation and aviation industry.
  • You should be knowledgeable in forecasting and operational planning across airside, terminal, baggage, and cargo operations.
