• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and prevention.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective care.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and emergency response when required.
• Must hold a valid DOH license or eligibility.
