Job summary
A leading global hospitality company is looking for a Reservations Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing a team to ensure high guest satisfaction and revenue maximization. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing customer inquiries, and identifying business opportunities. A customer-focused attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to service excellence are essential. Experience in hotel reservations is advantageous, and a relevant degree is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Reservations/Sales function within the hotel/leisure sector is advantageous.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service in a busy environment.
- Developing revenue opportunities through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
- Manage enquiries through phone, fax, and email promptly.
- Understand trends to maximize occupancy and room rates.
- Identify new sales leads and respond to opportunities.
- Produce quotations and confirmation for clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Train and develop the Reservations Team.
