Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
  • Manage enquiries through phone, fax, and email promptly.
  • Understand trends to maximize occupancy and room rates.
  • Identify new sales leads and respond to opportunities.
  • Produce quotations and confirmation for clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Train and develop the Reservations Team.
