Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Handle inventory management, including stock ordering and control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications
