Udrive Rent a Car is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE hiring market with hands-on experience in driver recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for drivers and operational roles
- Handle high-volume driver hiring, including walk-ins and bulk recruitment drives
- Coordinate road tests, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding activities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and walk-ins
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
- Prepare candidate assessments, interview feedback, and evaluation reports
- Coordinate offers, joining formalities, and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE labour market, visa processes, and hiring documentation
- Proven recruitment experience in Dubai / UAE
- Prior experience in driver hiring is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring
- Strong interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills
