Dubai-Based Senior Volume Recruiter (6-Month Contract)
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Recruiter to manage the complete hiring process. This contract role requires expertise in high volume recruitment and the ability to engage effectively with hiring managers. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HR software. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
- Conduct initial screenings and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment.
