Skills
Our client is a multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical organization and is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, you will work closely with the country manager and the leadership team to provide HR guidance and support to the team.
- Maintaining local HR policies, practices and procedures.
- Development of Performance Management objectives throughout the year as well as end of year appraisals.
- Ensure the Annual Compensation processes are in alignment with country practices, including the Rewards & Recognition policy.
