This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al-Ain city , United Arab Emirates, for a Case Management Nurse. The Case Management Nurse will coordinate and oversee patient care plans, monitor treatment progress, and ensure efficient utilization of healthcare resources. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting discharge planning, providing patient education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient care aligns with established medical guidelines and the patient’s care plan. The nurse will play a key role in implementing best practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.
