Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al-Ain city , United Arab Emirates, for a Case Management Nurse. The Case Management Nurse will coordinate and oversee patient care plans, monitor treatment progress, and ensure efficient utilization of healthcare resources. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting discharge planning, providing patient education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient care aligns with established medical guidelines and the patient’s care plan. The nurse will play a key role in implementing best practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmissions.

Qualifications

• Female flexible Candidate only.
• Strong background in Nursing and Medicine to provide exceptional patient care
• Experience in Case Management, including assessment and coordination of patient care plans
• Skills in Discharge Planning and Utilization Management to ensure continuity of care and effective resource usage
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and ensure adherence to international healthcare standards
• Bachelor’s/diploma degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field; licensure as a Registered Nurse is preferable
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
• Previous experience in home healthcare or similar settings is must
• Proficiency in English/Arabic is mandatory.
• Have good knowledge and experience in insurance.
