The role involves providing age-specific care, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Formación
- Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric care.
- Strong assessment and care coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission International standards.
Responsabilidades
- Provide age-specific care for patients in the Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic.
- Conduct nursing assessments and evaluations.
- Coordinate care with families and other healthcare professionals.
Provides direct and indirect age-specific care for assigned patients in the Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic per scheduled shifts. Responsible for professional performance and safe patient care. The role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and care coordination for patients across the healthcare continuum involving families. Abides by the Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements, including but not limited to International Patient Safety Goals, national and international standards.
