Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care including assessments medication administration and patient education
• Monitor patient conditions record vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about health management treatments and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Assist in coordinating patient care activities and managing discharge processes

Requirements

• Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse
