The Line Electrician plays a vital role in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems on production lines. The position supports the overall reliability, efficiency, and safety of plant equipment, helping Nestlé meet its high production and quality standards.

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on production line machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC programs, and wiring diagrams
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment
• Maintain documentation of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
• Ensure all work complies with Nestlé’s safety and quality policies
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience as an industrial or line electrician (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing)
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and industrial equipment
• Experience with PLC systems, VFDs, and automation is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot independently
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and respond to emergency call-outs

• Monthly Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,500 (based on experience and qualifications)
