We’re looking for an experienced, proactive individual who will be the first point of contact and and operational backbone of our office. In this role, you’ll welcome visitors, manage calls, handle mail and deliveries, and take charge of various administrative tasks. You’ll also coordinate office supplies, facilities, and work with external contractors—all in a fast-paced, dynamic Dubai environment.
