Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT equipment, as well as supporting CCTV and biometric systems. - Proven experience in general IT technical support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with CCTV and access/punch-in systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, laptops, and desktops.
- Maintain and support CCTV systems and biometric systems.
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues.
- Unlock/reset passwords on locked computers (authorized cases only).
