• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional components.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to define data requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and propose new technologies when appropriate.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7–8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux (or other state management libraries).
• Experience with TypeScript is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and package managers (npm, yarn).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
