In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants to support our clients in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing strategies, and implementing solutions.
- Assist senior consultants in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify business trends and insights.
- Support in developing business strategies and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and provide updates.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Assist in implementing business solutions and tracking their effectiveness.
- Communicate with Russian-speaking clients or partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (Mandatory)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
