Job summary
A healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide patient-centered care. The role involves collaborating with a multi-professional team and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have at least two years of VIP ward experience. Familiarity with the UAE healthcare system is preferred. Qualifications
- At least two years VIP ward experience and current/recent Inpatient experience.
- UAE experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team.
- Ensure patient safety by managing risks according to clinical policies.
- Take responsibility for positive patient experiences.
- Create a conducive learning environment by supervising and mentoring staff.
