Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Engineer based in Dubai. The Senior Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing power solutions, managing projects, conducting technical assessments, and providing technical support. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a technical team to ensure project success. Additionally, the engineer will be required to perform troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems, and stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• Professional having at least 7+ years of experience in Power Quality Solution and LV switchgears Panels, Capacitor Banks , Service Operations, Client Relations & trainings.
• Experience of conductingpower quality audits ,audit report preparation and preparing of tender documentation
• Candidate should have demonstrated success in managing site operations, related to Installation , Testing and Commissioning of Active Harmonic filters , Capacitor banks and other LV panels.
• Conducted power quality studies and provided AHF, SVG & APFC solutions to customers.
• Effectively managed critical shutdowns for installations and effectively restored power supply to customers within minimal timeframes.
• Support the team through effective technical support, to enhance the business performance .
• Successfully handled difficult technical issues, demonstrating excellent problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in delivering results in technical performance, building a strong rapport with customers through a customer-centric approach to sustain reliability
• Experience in power solutions and electrical networks
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification is a plus
• Proficiency in project management and technical assessments
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
