- Confidently deliver results-driven therapies including lymphatic drainage, maderotherapy, detox massage, and customized facials.
- Personalize treatments based on guest needs while upholding brand standards.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation in all treatment areas.
- Build strong guest relationships through professionalism and warmth.
- Recommend suitable treatments or retail products to support wellness goals.
- Ensure guests leave feeling genuinely cared for and satisfied.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability.
- Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.

- Diploma/certification in spa therapy, massage, or aesthetics.
