Athletics Director - UAE, APPLY NOW, Immediate / August start
As AD, you will oversee the operations and strategic development of competitive and recreational athletic activities across campuses.

Responsibilities :
- Develop, organize, and manage competitive and recreational sports programmes from grades 6-12
- Hire, train, and mentor coaches for various sports teams
- Oversee sports budgeting, purchasing, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and health / safety policies
- Build positive school spirit and sportsmanship among students
- Collaborate with administrators on use of athletic facilities
- Engage parents and boosters to support the athletic department
Requirements to APPLY
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education, or related field
- A Master’s Degree is preferred
- 3+ years experience as an Athletics Director or similar role
- Knowledge of various sports and related health / safety policies
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
