Job description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join in a dynamic marketing team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences and driving digital performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, rooms, restaurants, and experiences.
  • Manage online presence across all digital platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and third‑party travel sites (OTAs).
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand identity and global marketing standards.
  • Analyse campaign performance and digital analytics to optimise ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, F&B, events) to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, social media ads, and online reputation management.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies and partners to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
  • Experience in photography, videography, or content creation is a plus.
  • Locally available & with UAE experience is a plus.
Salary offered

Basic Salary: AED 8000-9000 / USD 2100-2450

Housing allowance: AED 3750 / USD 1020

Transportation allowance: AED 500/ USD 136
