Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about digital marketing, stays updated with the latest social trends, and can support in managing day-to-day social media operations, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage daily community interactions including comments, DMs, and customer queries.
  • Support in influencer outreach, negotiations, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
  • Help execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including basic design, automation setup, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in creating social media ads, including ad setup, targeting, optimization, and monitoring ad spend.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to support content strategy.
  • Coordinate with the design team for visuals, mockups, product shots, and campaign materials.
  • Create basic design assets using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or other design tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and basic email campaign setup.
  • Familiarity with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads preferred).
  • Experience in influencer marketing or creator management.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and design mockups.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative thinking and eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
