Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam and the USA, all operating under the same holding group. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall success. Expertise in Shopify Plus is essential. You should be comfortable managing complex store setups, integrations, automation workflows, and performance tracking across multiple Shopify environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and product launches.
  • Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels like social media, email.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and resonate with the target audience.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
  • Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and industry trends to inform content strategies.
