As a graphic designer on the Marketing Team, you will deliver exceptional visual experiences across our award‑winning lifestyle destinations, helping to elevate FIVE’s brand and create memorable moments for guests.

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or Animation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and marketing.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced agency, especially within lifestyle, beauty or fashion, is advantageous.
• Strong portfolio and/or show reel reflecting next‑level design skills aligned with the FIVE ethos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), PowerPoint and Keynote.
• A proactive nature with meticulous eye for detail, delivering first‑in‑class design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging guests, team members and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to lead and inspire the FIVE Tribe to new heights.
• Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive profitability while maintaining industry‑leading standards.
• Visionary thinking that produces ‘five‑styled’ creative solutions while taking full ownership of tasks.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands‑on attitude and a ‘can‑do’ spirit.

• Conceptualize and execute creative and imaginative portfolios for the design team briefs.
• Collaborate with public relations, marketing, e‑commerce and other departments to deliver on project objectives.
• Capture the unique vibe and atmosphere of concepts and events at FIVE.
• Create next‑level visuals for marketing materials, including social media, online ads, promotional items, and more.
• Elevate key visuals with animation, infusing designs with FIVE’s bold and luxurious touch.
• Maintain brand consistency as the brand guardian, ensuring all materials adhere to FIVE’s uncompromised guidelines.
• Expertly retouch photographs of FIVE’s facilities, rooms and dining concepts to a gold standard.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers and stakeholders to ensure every design effectively communicates the ‘vibe at FIVE.’
• Meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks with first‑in‑class finesse, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adapt designs for advertising, social media, printing and other platforms in true ‘five‑styled’ fashion.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in design and digital marketing.
